Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your product is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer return or refund only in the case you received a broken item or a different item. Though we take utmost care in packaging, in case an item is broken during during transit, we offer you full refund including shipping. Also, if you received an item different from the product advertised, we issue you a full full refund including delivery charges or alternately, in accordance with your consent we ship you exchange for your order.
To complete your refund/exchange, we require you to WhatsApp pics of your item with order ID on +91 99714 56154.or mail pics of your item with order ID on firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once pic of your item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your pic. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Hamdard Nagar B, Aligarh, UP, 202001, India.
