Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with our products, or there is a problem you are facing with the products, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery. No return request will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
You will get refund if
- You got a broken or defective item.
- You got a different product
- You got late delivery (10 days after the Estimated Delivery Date).
- You don't like the product (Courier and Packing Charges of 100 Rs will be deducted in this case).
To complete your refund/exchange, we require you to WhatsApp pics of your item with order ID on +91 99714 56154.or mail pics of your item with order ID on firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once pic of your item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your pic. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Hamdard Nagar B, Aligarh, UP, 202001, India.
